Overall Gi Gong has been a positive influence and improved my quality of life. By regular practice it did help reduce some stress and anxiety in my day to day living. I stopped practicing in the Summer and I did happen to get quite sick with Covid in early September which could be coincidence or not. I used to practice in the forest near me overlooking a view of the Kerry mountains, which I have to say is a very calming spiritual experience. I look forward to going back to regular practice.
I felt a very strong fabulous energy coming through me and the pressure in my knees completely eased.
I felt my whole body relax.
Qigong has changed the vibrations in my life around me in a positive way.
Born in Amsterdam on June 14 1960. HeI started practising Wu Shu, Simplified Tai Chi Chuan, and Qi Gong in ’89 in Amsterdam with Sifu (which means teacher) Kong Mien Ho.
In ’92, moving on to learn older Tai Chi styles and about the diversity of Martial Arts, I studied under Sifu Henny E. Eleonora. He is Founder of the Chinese Wu Shu Academy Holland, the Stichting Amsterdamse Wu Shu Akademie and Supervisor of the De Zhang Bingxin Liu He Men Federation.
